Is it possible that all your health problems including respiratory problems rapid heartrate and dark bruise-like circles under eyes are all related to Post-Traumatic Stress anxiety and depression? |
[Edit] |
Answer
Yes. Infact, I have this syndrome. The resperatory problems and fast hear-rate are usually caused by hypertension and constant high-level stress. The dark circles under your eyes are also likely side affects, or they could also be caused by a lack of sleep, which is common in PTSS (Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome). For many, like me, sleep deprivation occurs if I do not have at least 10 hours of sleep a day, and possibly more depending on my stress-levels.
Other symptoms of PTSS can include vivid and distrubing dreams, paranoia (often presented as a severe startle reflex), inability to make or maintain friends, and many of the classic symptoms of depression
