Is it possible for you to be having symptoms of pregnancy and only be 2 weeks?

Yes, it's possible, but it's pretty uncommon. Most likely if you have no symptoms you're probably not pregnant. And if you are pregnant, but don't have any symptoms, you might just not be noticing them. But it is possible to be pregnant and not have any symptoms in the beginning. With my first pregnancy, I didn't know I was pregnant until I was talking with a friend and brought up something about period schedules and she is the one who told me I was late. Then looking back, I realized I had some symptoms, I was just busy and didn't expect to be pregnant, so I didn't really notice anything. But I was less than a week late, I would have realized it in a few more days.

∙ 18y agoYes. YES, one can be pregnant and not have any symptoms . I was two months when I found out I was pregnant and didn't have any symptoms not even a missed period. One day I went to the doctor for a regular checkup and the doctor told me I was pregnant.

Yes this is very possible because your body will not know its pregnant yet. It takes 12-14 days for fertilisations to throughly occur, for implantation to occur and for the Embryo to begin secreting HCG (pregnancy hormone).
Pregnancy symptoms usually occur 3-6 weeks after unprotected sex.

∙ 14y agoDuring the first few weeks of actual pregnancy, the uterus has yet to begin any of its groth to accomodate your zygote. Towards the third month or pregnancy (nearing the end of the first trimester), you will begin to feel the change in size of your uterus as it grows larger, and more firm.
