Not safely. Major surgery, perhaps.
For normal weight loss through diet and exercise, your goal should be a pound a week.
- I think it is possible to do so.
That is not possible to do safely. One to two pounds a week is a realistic goal. 10 lbs a week is NOT.
It's not possible to lose 50 lbs. in 10 days. The safe rate of weight loss, according to doctors, is 1.5 lbs. per week. To try to lose more weight than that would be very difficult and definitely dangerous for health.I'm sorry to disappoint you but it's not possible. You cannot lose 50 pounds of body fat in 10 days by any natural means.
I lost 10 lbs every week
It is possible to lose 10 pounds in a week, but it is not healthy to do. Many people tend to lose quite a bit the first week into a diet due to losing water weight.
I highly recommend reading up on the Atkins induction (week one) phase on Atkins.com. You can lose 10 lbs. in a week or two and not lose muscle mass.
Attempting to lose 10 pounds in one week is absurd. You'd have to be on the ab circle 20 hours a day.
10 lbs in 3 days
There is NO even remotely healthy way of losing 10 lbs in one week. That's just too much in that time. I don't think it's even possible, short of surgery. Even if doing both a strict diet and working out you'd be doing real good to lose more than 3 lbs. And that wouldn't be a sustainable rate.
On average, a person who fasts, drinking water only, can lose on average between 10-11 lbs. in one week. If the fast is continued (drinking plenty of water), you can lose 7-8 lbs. the second week, 3-4 lbs. the third week and up to 3 lbs. every week thereafter. However, this is, also, dependant on each person's amount of body weight. A person who is already low in body fat can lose less and a person who has more body fat can lose more weight.
Get out and run everyday and eat helthy for the next week
You don't, unless you get violently ill. 2-3 lbs is a much more realistic goal.
There is no safe way to lose that much weight that fast. Half that would be really pushing it. Two pounds a week is a reasonable amount. And if you lose 10% of your weight, it will be very noticeable.
