Absolutely. Many women have irregular periods which makes it more difficult to determine when you are late. This can be caused by many things including a change in Birth Control. Some women produce what seems like a normal period even after they are pregnant. Its also possible for women to produce false negative results for a few months at the beginning of a pregnancy. There are many varying factors that could cause a woman to not know she is pregnant for a few months.

∙ 15y agoyes it is possible to know whether you're 3 months pregnant through symptoms such as that of: morning sickness; missed cycles; swelling of the abdomen; frequent urination; swelling and tenderness of the breasts; bigger appetite; and weight gain....if you experience none of these symptoms...one way is to get a home pregnancy test or see a doctor...but it's most likely that you will have at least one of the above mentioned symptoms.

This is a weird question...If you think you are lactating then that means youre pregnant..at least 9 months pregnant. There is no way to be pregnant and have a period. Like i said...weird question. Bl4ckr0s3 ~ Well honestl yes it can happen. I had my period for 6 months while i was pregnant with my first child. I also was lactating. So yes it is possible, most just really don't know it apparently.

It is possible! I have a friend who found out she was seven months pregnant after having her period for six months. Although she thought she was only one month. I have had 5 pregnancies and with 3 of them I had bleeding, one of them I had 3 regular periods in the first 20 weeks with spotting. so its very possible to be pregnant and still have your periods. the only way to find out if youre pregnant is to be tested, either a home pregnancy test or a blood test (which would be the most reliable) Goodluck
