Yes it's possible. Many users do not recognize the "high" the first few times. Also if you smoke really good bud for a long time and the next day smoke a little schwagg, you might not get high.

probably will, but for me it took a couple of times to really get real high, its like your brain has to figure it out since it has never experienced it before.

It depends on everyone. I didn't because I didn't know how to inhale correctly. but the second time I did and my friend had to tell me to inhale deeply through the self-made aluminum foil bowl and hold it for a long time. He had already gotten high before and got high after about two hits. He had to pack it about two or three times full before I finally got high. He couldn't understand why it was taking me so long. He thought I was just faking it because I wanted to smoke more to get higher, but it was my own stuff so that wouldn't have made sense. It took me about 15-20 minutes of inhaling and holding it, coughing and wheezing, and finally it hit me. Also, a lot of people say, no matter how much you smoke after your first time or how good the stuff is, you never have as good of an experience your second, third, etc. times after than you do your first time. So, make the first time memorable and don't put yourself in any situations where you might get in trouble. That will kill the buzz really really fast cuz when your adrenaline kicks in, the buzz is pretty much gone after that.
