I have just contacted Müller Dairy (uk) Customer Relations Department as I am currently pregnant myself. They have assured me that they are perfectly safe to drink whilst pregnant as long as it is the recommended one a day and you don't drink gallons of the stuff.
Protein shakes are okay for kids depending on the age, but they shouldn't drink them often and not a lot of it either.
