No food should be left out of refrigerator for more than two hours.

Best to baggie it and put it away. Food temperatures keep cold things cold (40 degrees)

and hot things hot (140 degrees)

40-140 If ANY food sits ( two hour limit ) in the middle of those temps it should be thrown away. Bacteria grows very quickly in that temperature range. Be safe

How safe it might be depends upon how it was handled before refrigeration, whether or not it has become contaminated with pathogens, how well it was cooked, how it is packaged, what the actual temperature of the chicken has been under refrigeration and whether or not it is thoroughly reheated.

Foods left in the danger zone too long are already contaminated. Whether they will make you sick or not is the question. Probably not, but you take your chances. Do not eat this food if it was left out raw.
