Yes. Your own semen is not a risk to you, unless it has been inside another person which will pose an STD risk. It is clean and nutritious, many people will just feel squeamish about it because of its sexual significance and the fact that it is something produced by your body which main intent isn't consumption.
Most guys do at some point just to see how it tastes. It's no big deal. It came from you so there can be noting in it to hurt. It's just protein and water for the most part.
