I had the same question in my mind when I was BFing my daughter.

The answer is so simply, you can have it.

I had mangoes when my baby was almost 10 months old. I even fed her a bit of mangoes when I used to have.

There seems to be not reason not to eat mangos after delivery. Just to be safe I would suggest checking with your physician and taking limited amounts of the fruit to see if you have a reaction after eating the mango.
