Vinegar is still vinegar and salty foods are still salty foods while you are pregnant....
If you are concerned about consuming those foods while you are pregnant talk to your doctor, but in moderation those things should be fine.

Usually alcohol consumption doesn't really bother your baby the first couple of weeks unless you are binge drinking. But I am in NO WAY suggesting that it is okay.
