IT IS NOT SAFE TO GET PIERCED WHILE PREGNANT!
If you go to a tattoo/piercing shop, one of the questions they ask before they'll touch you with a needle is "are you pregnant?"
When you get pierced, it's a puncture wound, which is something your body repair. Chances are is that it will end up being alright, but why take chances? Just wait the nine months and do it when there are no risks whatsoever.
From my opinion no. first of all, why would you even think of doing such a discuisting, stupid, and maybe even se*ual thing? Secondly, from what I've seen it is so gross and it makes your words unclear as if you were chewing tobacco. And last, if your pregnant, it will probably give you more pain than needed. That is, it's painful enough having a baby. And getting your toung pierced will probably hurt a lot more than having a baby. Take it from someone who cares about everyone in the world. P.S.- If you do get your toung pierced and still have it pierced as your child gets older, he/she will have bad influences on piercing thei body.
If you are healthy and up to the task there is no reason why you couldn't get your tongue pierced. However you must remember that whatever stresses (and yes it is stressful) you put yourself through you put the baby through as well. That being said, you could also be more susceptible to be overwhelmed by shock. Just remember to listen to your body and if it says no just back out and go home and try again at a later date.
Also Keep in mind that you are much more susceptible while pregnant to get infections and fight them off. Your tongue and mouth carry a lot of bacteria and a tongue piercings are very high on the list for becoming infected. I would advise you wait until after you bring your gift into the world before you get your tongue pierced. It's always better safe than sorry.
You take a risk doing this while pregnant, but if you make sure that the piercing is done by a professional and they take all precautions to prevent infection
, and so do you. You can have this piercing done if you want to take the risk.
No. You shouldn't get any piercings or tattoos while pregnant because of the risk of infection. Plus the majority of professional piercing/tattoo artists will not work on a pregnant woman due to liability.
You should wait to attempt getting pregnant until after it has started to heal, just in case you get an infection.
But you cannot get pregnant from the piercing procedure, and it isn't advisable to mate someone during the procedure.
No due to risks of infection. Most tattoo artists and piercers won't do it while you are pregnant.
Tongue rings should have absolutely no affect on your pregnancy. However, if you're truly concerned, ask your pre-natal care provider.
9 times out of 10 when you go into Labor the doctors will ask you to remove your tongue ring but after the baby if born you can put it back in .

Most tongue jewelry is made of stainless steel, and is inert, so will not cause any danger to the pregnancy if swallowed. I still would not recommend doing so voluntarily, however.
2 weeks (14 days)
It depends if it fell out and it's just been a few hours then you can gauge it back open. The middle of the hole seals up because your tongue is a muscle and the muscle goes back to it's original state as soon as the bar is removed from your tongue. If it's been a while then it's safe to get it re-pierced.
as long as you look after every individual piercing, of course it's safe
