Remember if you do jailbreak you itouch and it breaks your warrantee will cancel out and you wont be able to buy i new one unless you buy a new one. It depends what firmware you have. I have 3.1.3 MC model and I did the jailbreak correctly. But it ALMOST broke my iTouch. So I don't recommend it because it could break it and it is illegal.
