I have both epilepsy and a type of autism called Asperger's Syndrome. For the epilepsy I take the 500mg depakote. I also take the 1mg risperdal pill for controlling my attitude and help prevent anxiety. Taking both together gives me no problems with them interacting together. Another medication I'm on for anxiety is the 20mg pill Lexapro and it has no interactions with the other 2.
