Yes, you can. It will not deform or harm your baby in any way. Actually the baby won't even feel it. I would never tell anyone this unless it was true, but I know because I am almost eleven weeks pregnant and my OB-GYN diagnosed me with a UTI and prescribed me 20 tablets of Tylenol 3 for the pain and a safe antibiotic for the infection. She also told me that my dentist giving me hydrocodone 7.5's while I am pregnant will not hurt anything either. Trust me, these docs know what they are doing and yes, Tylenol 3 is safe if taken in the correct dosage.
