No its not safe to take ibuprofen at all during pregnancy, especially in the beginning. If you took some I'm sure you'll be ok but I wouldn't do it anymore.

Yes, very safe. Just take the regular kind or half the normal dose in the strong stuff.

it should say on the bottle, but it is safer than aspirin and Tylenol. just be wise,, don't double dose
