Yes furries are just people who are fans of anthropomprhic animals. okay this is a different person, if by furry you mean fan of anthropomorphic animals than yeah duh, but if you meant anthropomorphic animals, i dunno, im sure at some point in time we would get technology capable of doing that, as well as if a scientist wanted to use said technology that way, and im sure (if evolution is true) that at some point in time an animal of some kind may have the chance to slowly evolve into one, but that would take years for it to make such drastic changes to what features said evolving species has when born.
