It's a matter of opion. I wouldn't like to see everything that I watch in 3D. Of course you could probably turn the 3D off but think. Would you watch more things in 3D? Or normally?
As for me, the active 3D TVs have all recently lowered the cost of their shutter glasses. People have been making complaints about its price and comfort which have been affecting their sales. Cinema 3D glasses on the other hand have always been relatively cheap, ($10 a pair) and it seems like Cinema 3D TV technology is making the active tech guys take a step back.
