Is it true that people who do bodybuilding will have trouble maintaining their shape after they stop practicing?

[Edit]

It's like all things in life you stop doing it, it slowley starts to fade away.

If you train naturally with out the aid of steroids which i hope you do you will find that you physique wont need the constant maintenance of that of someone taking steroids.

The people who do take steroids are only creating something that is temporary, an easy way of explaing this is think of them as bloons, they blow up really easy but the moment you stop blowing the shrink back to there normal size. Another great example of those that use steroids is Arnold Schwarzenegger check this page out and you will see what i mean http://www.popular-pics.com/PPImagesarnold_schwarzenegger_fat.jpg

Achive what you can from training and enjoy it why it lasts :D
