No, it happens sometimes. My cats change their food preferences all the time. One day, they just won't eat something that I've been feeding them for years. Usually, if I stop feeding it to them for a long time (months and months) they'll start eating it again. It can be really annoying -- I always wish I could just ask them what they want to eat, so I wouldn't end up wasting food.
Ideally, if you have a finicky cat, the best thing to do is to buy a couple of different flavors of each different brand of cat food, whenever you go shopping for it. That way, the cat/s will have as much variety as possible, and they won't get a chance to get bored with any particular flavor/brand.
This can be problematic, however, as you usually get a discount when you buy cat food by the case: you know, 24 cans of the same brand. Luckily, I go to a neighborhood pet supply store, and they give me the case price anyway -- I just pick any 24 cans and they charge me for a case.
If you really want the discount that comes from buying by the case, then you could try alternating which brand you buy cases of.
I would also recommend Innova/Eva dry food to supplement a wet food diet. Too much wet food can cause weight problems, as well as teeth, gum, and breath problems. Dental bills for cats can be hundreds and hundreds of dollars at a time. It can add up to thousands of dollars over a single cat's lifetime! And most cats just love Innova/Evo dry food. That is one food my cats never get tired of!
Eneko has not got specific likings.
no, the best food for cats is cat food .
cats dont like dog food because its gross to cats and not healthy for them.
Wrong question. If you change your cat's pH he will change it back - it's a mammal and is homeostatic with respect to pH. What do you really want to change?
this is directed back to the food change where the cat is higher the mouse and that mice are able to do what they want in the house when the cats are not around.

Actually the name of all cats are NOT always food! My family and I have two cats one is a calico (Thats not food!) Patches. The other one is a tuxedo (That soo not a food!) Rufflez.
Cats eat dry cat food and canned cat food. This is what is bought from pet stores. Cats in the wild however have to hunt for their food.
- i didnt write this -snifflemyffins Well, I have 6 cats and 4 dogs; my cats have a " cat room" and like you, I thought ;that no way my cats were passing gas. I always blamed my dogs. OH ! they can clear a living room. But remember if dogs can, cats too. If you did not noticed before ; it can be that he went for the trash can , or table food or change of food. But at the end they do pass gases.
cats have tongues to ball up there chewed food and to force there food down the throught.
Adaptations a cat has for getting food is the natural instinct to hunt. Wild cats and domestic cats are able to hunt for survival.
No because corn is human food and cats should eat food that is made for them only.
