It depends on what you mean by "worse". OxycoDONE and codeine are very different painkillers. Oxycodone is more powerful than codeine. The first is more addictive than the latter. However 30mg codeine will cause more stomach upset and constipation than oxycodone. Ask your doctor and or pharmacist.
