Depends on how he said it, if he said it as you were attractive, then yes, it was wrong, male or female, and worthy of a sexual harassment case. However, if he meant it as you were younger (...a baby by comparison...), as some - notably those older - say, then it's harmless, but if it makes you uncomfortable, just ask him to not call you it.
