Sexually active while living with parents
You are asking for an opinion, so this is only one view, and I hope others will add theirs. The situation you describe isn't that uncommon. Think of young people studying away from home but who still have most of their things at home and regard their parental home as 'home'.
However, it sounds as if you are asking about young people who have no home apart from their parental home. There may be very good reasons for this, especially cost. In other words, I don't see living with one's parents, for example while in one's first full time job, as a sign of immaturity.
Obviously, it's important to be very tactful to all concerned.
