I don't have an answer to this question but I would also like to know if is legal to bring Kava root in to the country? I hear that it has been made illegal in England but there is a movement to have this overturned. Wondering if it has been included in the recent 'Head Shop' legislation
***Turns out it is illegal and has been for a number of years - girl in health shop who told me said it was a shame. U never know might be legalised under regulation at some stage.
