Yes and no. It depends what you want? It is good for softening and getting rid of greasy hair, also helps with the shone :) however if you don't want blond in your hair color avoid sunlight while you have it on your hair. It's good for lightning hair color so for dark arm hair a bit of lemon juice and sunlight will really help hide it :) anything else just ask.
