Pink sand usually has either rose quartz mixed in or eroded conch shell, both of which are pink.
Add more white to your color. Add more red to your pink.

The pink color in some granites is due to the coloration of orthoclase (alkali) feldspar.
For darker pink, add more black. For lighter pink, add more white.
