M357 is the engraving on a 5/500 vicodin pill. Same type as the others, but the dosage is 5mg hydrocodone, 500mg acetaminophen (tylenol). Another example is Watson 540, which is 10/500. The code is just part of an ID system.
There is a website, drugs.com, and it has a pill search area where you can type in the imprint on the pill and it will tell you what it is (or just google it).
