Is mary worth bloody mary real? In: Comic Strips |
[Edit] |
Mary Worth, the quintessential busybody, is fictional. Bloody Mary was a slang and acceptable historical name for Queen Mary I, who died in l558 (and was succeeded by Elizabeth I) Both Queens were of the Tudor dynasty. Bloody Mary was half Spanish (on her Mother"s side) and her father was Henry Viii, Look Out world! Bloody Mary was for real(and implied in the hymn Faith of our Fathers) but Mary Worth is a fictional character. Saints preserve us! I c an"t think of a more unlikely couple any more than Zoraya of Terruy and The Pirates and Eleanor Roosevelt at a (Peace Mission) The cartoon Femme fatale looked like , my mom used to say, my Aunt Ruth and was seduc tive in Oriental royal trapping and/or a n empire gown.
