I have TMJ problems myself, and I sometimes get dizzy, have pain that feels like it is inside my ear, and get headaches and jaw aches from time to time. Either way, you should go to the doctor and have it checked out, but if you have pain in your ears and jaw (and sometimes in your neck), and you feel and popping or clicking in your jaw, you may want to visit a dentist first.
