Is paella regional?

It is a Spanish rice dish.

Intra regional means within the same region. Inter regional means between/amongst other regions.

There is no french paella. Paella is a dish made with rice and the traditional spanish sofrito. Neither of these can be found in France.

A regional empire is a region of land owned by a ruler of a certain region or area.
