It is unlikely that he was. The only sources for this claim come from several conservative and Republican websites, but none of the major news sources quote the president as being offended. Actually, presidents understand that comedians will try to imitate or parody them. There are other comedians who have done imitations of President Obama, most notably Fred Armisen on Saturday Night Live. As for Bridges, he was not a partisan: he also did parodies of President Bush before he began imitating President Obama.
