That is exactly what I was trying to find out when I ran across your question. I've found nothing negative--really found about nothing on them. That's odd for a publishing co....
Because they are related to "poetry.com" in Maryland, I am suspicious. They've offered to publish me, work up a proof book at no cost or obligation--seems too good to be true--and in such cases there's often a problem somewhere.
Be skeptical unless you can verify good things about the company somewhere. You might ask a question of the community at www.Writing.com. Good question...and keep investigating!
