No, not really. You could have gas or have ate something that did not agree with you. Plenty of women I know that have children and when they were pregnant they said that their stomachs did not hurt but their breasts did.
Yes it can hurt, some women tend to have lower abdominal pains during their first few weeks of pregnancy and it is normal as it is goes hand in hand with breast pains too.

I don't think so. If she bled for 2 weeks straight AFTER you last had sex - it's probably not possible. As far as the cramps go, I had cramps off and on like that when I was 14 and found out that I had ovarian cysts. The doctor did a laporoscopy and removed them, and I've been fine ever since :) Your girlfriend needs to go to her doctor or a gynecologist, describe her symptoms and have an exam.
