No. There are only two of the four anti-viral medications currently on the market that have proven effective in treating A-H1N1/09 (Swine Flu). If caught early, oseltamivir (Tamiflu/Fluvir) and zanamivir (Relenza) are effective. Tamiflu must be taken within 48 hours of the first symptoms of the flu. The Swine Flu (09) is resistant to the other two drugs, amantadine and rimantadine.
