No. The closest it gets are the Dark-Ghost Pokemon, Sableye and Spiritomb.
it's ok but there is alot better ghost pokemon: eg gengar, dusknoir. Thou; Sableye is both ghost and dark, making it one of two Pokemon that doesn't have any type weaknesses.
Dark Pokemon, with the exception of a few, including, but not restricted to Spiritomb, Sableye, Drapion, and Honchcrow, are all weak against Bug- Type and Fighting-Type moves.

"Invincible" PokemonSo far, only Sableye and Spiritomb (Ghost/Dark types) have no type disadvantages, because Ghost and Dark cover each other's weaknesses.

That's a weird question. I think you mean "Are there Dark type Pokemon in Pokemon Ruby?" The answer is "yes." Im pretty sure he was asking what dark Pokemon are in ruby
Sableye, is the 68th Pokemon in the Hoenn Pokedex, and number 302 in the National Pokedex. Sableye is the first Part Dark type/part Ghost type, and therefore is naturally weak to no types. It is in fact immune to both Psychic and Normal attacks. Despite this, outside of play between hackers giving one the ability Wonder Guard (where the pokemon can take no damage that is not super effective) it sees little play, as it is vastly out performed in most stats by it's fellow Dark/Ghost type Spiritomb, introduced a Generation later.
