SOMETIMES, that's how I wear it with my brown eyes. Some of my friends will get gold shimmer powder and added it to their blush to give them a certain glow. It looks best with blue and green eyes. But brown eyes are better with brown EyeShadow, Brown/Black mascara, and purple glitter eyeliner above your top eye lashes. I hope I helped!!
