There's only one school in the whole state currently offering the Radiologic Technology program and it's Kapi'olani Community College on the island of 'Oahu.
The "best" radiology program is the one that offers classes that fit your schedule, is accredited and certified, exposes you to a variety of experiences and that has a high rate of placement of graduates. This site lists accredited programs in the US: http://www.rtstudents.com/radiology-colleges/
SCC has been accredited since 1969 as a community college. Their nursing program has been accredited since 1989, and their physical therapy program since 1993.

In the Bronx you have your Community College, where you can learn to be a Radiology Technician. The program's number is: 718-289-5100, Extension 5396.

You have The University of North Texas Health Science Center which is located in Fort Worth, Texas. They specialize in medical fields including radiology. Another option would be Tarrant County College who is also located in Fort Worth and has a radiology program. Another option would El Centro College located in Dallas which is right outside Fort Worth and they also have a radiology program.
The Rasmussen College has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). In addition the Rasmussen College is also a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Shorter College is located in Little Rock, which is in Arkansas. It is a private school and is a two year program, but it is not an accredited college.
Corillins University is accredited but it is not Regionally accredited, which means tht you can not continue to a masters program nor will you be able to transfer your transcripts to another college.
