While different people sweat differently, generally it is a good indicator of how much exercise you have done. It is strongly recommended that you exercise some every day and by working up a good sweat while doing this you will know you have fulfilled this while cleaning out the pores of your skin.

After Sweating alot DO NOT TAKE A SHOWER Because it Causes Rashes.Sweating Alot is Good Because it Shows that You Have Burnt some Calories.(as in you Lost like 500 grams or something)

Not really. Sweat is basically water, so losing some of that will not lead to a sustainable weight loss. the moment you start drinking again you'll get it all back.
