Check with your doctor and read the instructions on the packet. Be very careful. If you have a cold and have trouble breathing at night, try this old fashioned recipe. Cut a raw union into pieces, put pieces on a plate at the height of your nose on a night table next morning you will be so relieved it really works, we use this for years. Does not harm your baby. For a sore throat, warm tea or milk with honey helps. Make sure you get your vitamines in, eat oranges and apples. Good luck
