Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea. Tea, as long as it is in its original tea leaves and NOT processed into packets (tea packets may be adultrated with tamarind seed powder), it is good for health. Tea contains 30 anti-oxidants. Recommended dosage is 2 to 4 small cups a day.

it depends on which tea. green tea is cured without fermentation so that it retains antioxidants. MOst other dark teas are fermented and they lose the anitoxidant effect. google green tea to find out all the benefits it provides. I think everyone should drink green tea.
