For most people, no. Following up on the temptation, or continually seeking the temptation could be considered a sin, though.
temptation in itself is not a sin it's when you give into it when it becomes a sin
Temptation is not considered a sin unless it's truly bad and you actually did that action. But it's only a sin when you perform the action!
