Is the 87 4.3 V6 a vortec V6 engine?

I know for certain that GM has used the 4.3 in its rear wheel drice vehicles for about 15-20 years, it is set up similarily to the famous 350 minus two cylinders.

I'm not sure on the vortec or turbo variations, but the standard 4.3 V6 from 1992 has 160 Horsepower and 230 (or 235) pound feet of torque
