There are bassically 2 parts of The Bible. The Old Testament and New Testament . The old testament is about a collection of people and prophets preaching about god speaking to israel and fortelling about the messiah. The new testament is a collection of books telling about jesus christs misdion and relating to that. It is a good book but also give the quran a chance it has all this and more. :)
