Answer AYes, God is same to all religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. It is God wisdom to maintain different nations with different religions and cultures to compete in doing the good for themselves and their communities and compete in their worship and obedience to God and not to stay on conflicts and hatred. Only on the Day of Judgment, God will judge their doings and judge on their differences. Answer B No on all counts: theologically, philosophically, practically, spiritually, objectively, no. The identity of God is extremely different for a Muslim versus a Christian. According to the principle of non-contradiction, Jesus Christ is either God, or He isn't. He cannot be both. Since Muslims and Christians differ on this most fundamental theological point, they do not believe in the same God. As well, both the Muslim and Christian theology demonstrate that their believers follow a different God, as the divine natures, as set forth by each religion's believers, are different. At most, one can say both religion are monotheistic in belief, but that is all. Answer C You know that God created the universe, created Adam & Eve, created you and me. He sent his prophets since start of mankind to lead people to His right path. Judaism is the religion per God revelation of Torah to prophet Moses, Christianity is the religion per God (the same God) revelation to his prophet Jesus. Islam is the religion per God (the same God) revelation to his prophet Muhammad. Peace be upon the three prophets. Muslims believe that if Jesus is God, how are the universe before him was created. They believe that Prophet Jesus never said that he is God or son of God. He called God by father (of course not biological father). Otherwise, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam will have three different Gods which is neither logic nor credible. Answer D NO! Christians and Muslims cannot worship the same God. Most of the time, Muslims especially claim that both faiths have the same God. Some, naive 'Christians' are hoaxed into believing both faiths have the same God, where the difference is in the language. Both faiths believe their God not to be a liar. If this is so, then why would the Christian God tell the Christian that the only way to him is Jesus Christ? At the same time, the Muslim's supreme being tells them to worship him following his teachings and teachings of Muhammad. Well, as the earlier answer said, it's No on all counts.

But Muslims believe that Jesus was real. They think he was a man of god, as it says in the Qur'an: And in their [the earlier prophets] footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the law that had come before him. We sent him the Gospel, therein was guidance and light and confirmation of the law that had come before him, a guidance and an admonition to those who fear God. Look it up. Chapter 5, verse 46. i am christian and have been researching about Muslims for a school assignment, and the Muslims seem to believe in the same god as the Christians, just not vice-versa.

Some say Muslims seem to believe in the same God as Christians. But, the fact is they only 'seem' to believe in the Christian God. They actually think they believe in the same God as Christians. We are not talking about Jesus Christ or Muhammad, but God. The same God cannot say two different things! [...as in Jesus being his beloved Son(Christian), and Muhammad being the Messenger(Muslim)]. It's so simple...Why should people try to equate Christian God the that of the Muslims? Give unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar, and give unto God what belongs to God!

Answer E It is true that in Christianity the Path to God is through prophet Jesus as well as in Islam the path to God is through prophet Muhammad. The path to God is through the guides of both prophets Jesus and Muhammad. God is the same in both religions since both prophets are preaching to the same God, the one and only one. Muslims believe that Jesus never said in the bible that he neither God nor son of God. As Jesus was sent by God to the Jews to reorient their bath to God right path, Muhammad was sent by God to reorient both Jews and Christians to God right path and remind them that Jesus is neither God nor son of God. Answer F Are the Christian God and the Muslim God the same? Of course they are. God is the same for everybody. How could the attributes of God be a matter of opinion? Opinions may vary but God is Living, Infinite Truth and this never changes even for the atheist or the agnostic. Answer G Yes, the Christian God and the Muslim God are one and the same, although some beliefs are very different. It has been pointed out that Judaism and Christianity had already gained a firm foothold in Mecca by the time of the Prophet Muhammad, and that his teachings appear to have been based on those he learnt from Jews and Christians. Some say that Muhammad sought to be recognized by Judaism as a prophet before he began to teach Islam.

The Quran clearly parallels the Old Testament, and Muslims regard Jesus as one of Islam's greatest prophets. There are differences in theology between Judaism and Christianity, but no one doubts that both religions worship the same God. That there are differences in theology between Christianity and Islam does not mean that the God of Islam is not the same as the God of Christianity.

Answer H

The answer is yes. Muslims, Christians, and Jew believe in the same god. The top answer to this question claims that Muslims and Christians do NOT believe in the same god because of how our religions differ ideologically. But this is a faulty pretense. You may know a man, lets call him Frank. Somebody else may know Frank. You may find Frank to be the best friend in the world, a great personality, you can tell him anything and he will never betray your trust, never let you down. Another person may think Frank is the biggest ***** on the planet. He may think Frank is a snitch and a imbecile who isn't worth anyone's time. Now, please don't think I am making an analogy to the ideologies of Christianity v. Islam. I am simply saying that just because a person or groups of people view God in different ways doesn't mean that God is a different God. Do you understand what I'm saying? Jews look at God more as a God to be feared and followed, and because of that a religious Jew will have extreme respect for God. Christians view God as more 'your friend', someone who is always there and all forgiving and all merciful. The Islamic faith views God somewhere in the middle of these two. We all worship and believe in the same God, but have different ideological views of him

Christians view God and Jesus as one. IE God came to earth in human form (Jesus) to cleanse us of our sins. Muslims and Jews reject this believe. Muslims in particular don't believe that God needs to come down as a human. We believe Jesus was a prophet and have immense respect for him the same as we do for Mohammad. This doesn't mean the God we believe in is different. Let's go back to the analogy of Frank. Maybe there's a group of people who think Frank is a regular, 30 year old software engineer. They think Frank goes to work, does his job and comes home at night. However, to the schizophrenic panhandler gang that smoke rock in library parking garage downtown, they might think Frank is president of the CIA. Maybe they think Frank is controlling their thoughts from a satellite. Maybe they think Frank is OJ Simpson, or the unibomber, or the reincarnation of Mother Teresa or Michael Jackson. Does it mean Frank is any of these? No. Does it mean this Frank is a different guy? Certainly not.

If you want to know what Christianity parallels look at Hinduism. Many Hindus believe God is one entity all encompassing who has come to earth at different times when it has been needed in human form (Krishna, Rama, Ganesha, etc). Sound familiar?

And BTW Muslims don't worship God 'through' Mohammad. This very statement is ridiculous proof of the fact that whoever posted it knows nothing about Islam or probably any religion other than his own. Probably not the best source for theology lessons.

Answer I It may be hard to believe for some, but the answer is yes! Keep in mind that Christianity, Islam, and Judaism are called Abrahamic Religions - meaning they believe in the god of Abraham. Therefore Allah = Yahweh = Jehovah. They're the same..."person", so to speak. However, the beliefs of the 3 religions are very different. Of course, they would be the same religion if they hadn't branched off at some point in history or another. Answer JSome Christians think that Christians worship different God as they believe that Jesus is God or son of God. However, Muslims believe that Jesus never claimed that he is God or son of God. Despite that, God is same God since start of universe creation. One can refer to questions below to know why Quran was revealed and how Islam is God religion since start of universe creation.
