The Garden of Eden is located in legend. The Hebrew people seem to have believed it was somewhere in the Middle East, not Africa. But, if it is purely mythological, we can place it anywhere we choose.

The Garden of Eden was a real garden, but would have been destroyed in the Flood. Its modern day location is unknown and unknowable due to the upheaval caused by the deluge.

The text of Genesis 2:15 identifies four rivers, only the last two of which are clearly known to us: Pishon, Gihon, Tigris, and Euphrates. These last two are certainly in western Asia, while it is possible that the first two were elsewhere, perhaps in Africa even if that would be a geographical impossibility. Leon R. Kass (The Beginning of Wisdom: Reading Genesis) says that the Garden of Eden is a purely mythic place – a mere Utopia, literally “no place” – is indicated by the fact that there canbe no single terrestrial place that would serve as the common source of these four widely separated rivers. True, the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers do meet, but the lands the text associates with the first two rivers are clearly separated from the Tigris-Euphrates valley, the first to the north, the second to the south. The story was written to teach moral issues, and the Garden of Eden did not exist in Africa or anywhere else.

The Garden of Eden, according to tradition, was a real place here in this world, that also had direct ties to the upper worlds. These ties were severed after Adam sinned. The Garden was most likely located in the Persian Gulf area, whose coastline and other features are known to have changed during flooding. See also:

Genesis chapter 2 says that a river flowed through the Garden of Eden and that it had four tributaries, one of which was the Gihon, which flows through Ethiopia. Although there is no river Gihon and appears never to have been such a river, this information does place the Garden of Eden in Ethiopia and therefor in Africa. However, the passage also says that two of the other tributaries were the Tigris and the Euphrates Rivers, which places the Garden of Eden in Asia.

A single river can not have tributaries in two continents, further evidence that there was no Garden of Eden. Leon R. Kass (The Beginning of Wisdom: Reading Genesis) says that the Garden of Eden is a purely mythic place.

Is there a movie depicting the life of Jesus from the Garden of Eden through His crucifixion?

The Garden of Eden is where the first man and woman, Adam and Eve, lived after their creation. There is no movie depicting the life of Jesus from the Garden of Eden through his crucifixion. But if you mean to ask from the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed before arrested until crucifixion, I would say Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ".

Was the Garden of Eden in Babylon?

Genesis chapter 2 says that a river flowed through the Garden of Eden and that it had four tributaries, two of which were the Tigris and the Euphrates Rivers, which flow through ancient Babylonia. However, the passage also says that one of the other tributaries was the Gihon, which flows through Ethiopia. Although there is no river Gihon and appears never to have been such a river, this information places the Garden of Eden far away in in Ethiopia.A single river can not have tributaries in two continents, so the Garden of Eden can not really have been in either babylonia or Ethiopia. This is further evidence that there was no Garden of Eden. Leon R. Kass (The Beginning of Wisdom: Reading Genesis) says that the Garden of Eden is a purely mythic place.
