∙ 13y agoYes it is. Anyone can be a member of the KKK, Neo-Nazis, and any white supremacist group they want. The First Amendment's Freedom of assembly gives you the right to belong to any gang, congregation, club, group or meeting you choose.
Being a member of the KKK is not illegal but what you choose to do within the gang is different. If you kill someone that is illegal. If you beat some negro you can get in a lot of trouble. Any drug usage or under age use of alcohol or tobacco can be treated as if you weren't even part of any group.

∙ 10y agoIt's perfectly legal. You can have any outfit you like from an Israeli fighter military outfit to a genuine Adolf Hitler uniform. We have freedom of expression in this country and regardless of what every law needs to comply with the ammendments. Also, if you get harrased by someone for that outfit you can always self-defense against or file for criminal charges.
