Yes, you will actuly see a ghost in the engine room giving people tours of the engine room, there are also a ghost that gives you shots in the arm. I have never seem them though..... Its creeping me...
Houses are haunted either because the ghost has something to do with the house or family.They like to live around lots of people because they take the energy from you so they can be seen and all that...
