The TNT Diet is NOT a no carb diet. When you started eating complex carbs and feeling better you were probably on your way to following the TNT Diet. Buy the book, read it, follow it and you WILL lose weight. I lost 37#s (7 inches on the waist)so far and still going strong and I cheat! Following this diet should give you something around 60-90 grams of carbs/day. I have reduced my diabetic medicines to less then 1/2 what they were when I started. I am no longer on cholesterol medication because my cholesterol was too low.
The book outlines five separate eating plans. The "A" plan is most restrictive but cuts the weight fast. The other plans teach you how to eat and incorporate this way of eating into your lifestyle permanently.
