Answer
The smaller the container, the shorter the cooking time. This is true even if you put several containers in the over together. The heat gets to the food faster in smaller pans so it doesn't take as long to cook. Usually the time will be proportionally less in the same ratio as the pan size. If the pan is half the size you should try half the cooking time, but check often.
Loaf pans
If the 5 individual sized loaf pans are the same size then the cooking time is the same. If you have 2 large and 3 small, then you will have to take out the smaller loaf pans approx. 15 minutes before. Just stick a fork down and pull gently back to be sure the meat is still not pink.
If you are doing this in the microwave oven, then yes, you will have to adjust your time. The more potatoes, etc., you put into your microwave the longer the time period for cooking. The same applies for other things you are cooking in the microwave.

- No. If you bake 5 small loaves instead of 1 large loaf, the cooking time will be significantly reduced. For example, cupcakes made from a standard Duncan Hines mix will cook in 21 minutes, while a bundt cake from the same mix takes 48 minutes. This is because the amount of surface area exposed is greatly increased in smaller batches, so it heats through faster.
- To get perfect loaves, use the same doneness test as for a single large loaf, but start testing at half the baking time. In fact, one tip for cutting the cooking time of meat loaf in half is to form individual loaves.
