Android is an operating system, you can find it in many smartphones of many brands. For example, Samsung or HTC. Iphone is Apple's smartphone, and iOS is it's operating system.
So, iOS vs Android. Android is more popular. Plus, iOS is only found in iPhones, which are very expensive.
If you wanna buy a phone and don't wanna waste too much money, buy one that uses Android.
Hard to say ... you know, Apple iPhone, that's a a lot of restrictions from apple ... Android is opensource - no restrictions ....
iPhone is heavily restricted, Android isn't. There's only 4 iPhones, Android has hundreds. iPhone isn't very customizable, Android is. iPhone can't install Custom ROM's (These change the whole look of the phone OS) iPhone can't.
;)
I am a phone salesperson, so I've dealt with a lot of phones. The iPhone is cool and all, but they have limited memory and apps. Android phones have a larger useable part of the screen, more free apps, and everything just meshes together better. The newer androids are also much faster, and there is no 4G iPhone. IPhones are the cool thing, but for better battery life and usage, go with a droid. IPhones do not have keyboards, which some androids do. You simply cannot compare an older android to the iPhone, use the HTC Rezound or the Droid Bionic to compare. Androids win in every way. I have seen way too many customers come in with cracked iPhone screens, so maybe that has to do with my bias too, lol.
If you are comparing an iPhone 5 to the combined specs of all Android powered phones combines, which many people foolishly do, then obviously Android wins. What you need to do is specify which Android phone you are comparing to if you want real results.
Android
Right now the iPhone is much better than the Android. It has tons of appps and faster Internet speeds and can do everything better than the Android (accept for maliciously dangerous customizations). AND iPhone is getting a software update in the fall (iOS 5 with iCloud) which will make it even better than the Android. I had to improvise this answer a little.
I would always choose an Android based phone. So as long as the HTC isn't a windows phone I would choose it.
the iphone 5 is better because it is functional as a phone and you can also get wifi wherever you have phone signal
Use the android phone. If it works its better.
You shouldn't. Androids are terrible. Get the iPhone 5. Don't get an Android, or else your life shall be full of misery and doom.
No. Your iPhone may be a little delicate without a case, but in OS terms, your iPhone will last two years without being overridden with dangerous software or thrown against the wall in anger.
Whether you should buy the iPhone 5 or the Samsung Galaxy S3 depends on what you are looking for in a phone and whether you want an Android or an iOS phone. A salesperson at the cell phone store can help you in making a decision
Which phone is "Better" would be subjective, but there certainly are different advantages between the two. The most obvious difference between the two should be that iPhone 5 current runs iOS 6, while the HTC One X is using Android 4 with additional software added by HTC. There are many hardware differences as well (If anybody wants to continue editing this)
ipad iphone two totally different things Iphone is Smaller and its a phone Ipad, is your internet browser gaming device without the phone.
the best phone in the world would probably be the iPhone 5 or Galaxy Note 2.
No. iPhone 5 is not better than the iPhone 4S.
It depends on what you want for a phone. The iPhone 5 is fluid and has a lot more applications in the AppStore. The HTC phones allow you to personalize your homescreen and have a unique user experience.
