That is a matter of opinion. Personally, I'd say yes. One of my favorites.
The game was released in 2000, so the graphics seen during the game play aren't as impressive as modern ones.
However, the various cut scenes you encounter throughout the game had rather satisfying visual quality.
The plot was unique, imaginative and memorable.
The combat styles used are basic, turn based battles.
The Legend of Dragoon spans four discs, so you'll not be left wanting. Many hours of entertainment are available.
Overall, a marvelous game, but that's just my view.
